Purpose Statement
To provide financial aid to those families who cannot make it a reality for their children to attend Great Beginnings Montessori School for financial reasons.

The philosophy behind our scholarship mission:
It is our belief that the key to equity of opportunity for adults begins with the equity in education for children. A Montessori education is a building block that gives all children an equal chance to succeed and to become fully actualized adults. Research has shown that successful individuals repeatedly relate key elements of their character to childhood experiences that are aspects specifically developed in a Montessori environment. One could describe the Montessori Method as not only offering high-quality academic opportunities, but also actively and specifically enriching a quality of spirit necessary to reach one's human potential. Great Beginnings strives to make these opportunities available to the widest possible range of students through our scholarship program.
